Reservation and contact forms ask for a name, email address and a message. A preferred date, time, guest count, phone number and occasion help the host understand an enquiry. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment details or sensitive health records. A short dietary note is enough to begin a conversation.

How a request is used

On a configured live site, an enquiry is sent to the site’s Flino content service for the hosting team to review and respond. It is not a confirmed reservation. Seasonal notes
